Galvanised Roll Formed Slats - Steel truck shutters are the result of many improvements to an already popular
and proven product. Even with these improvements this shutter is still the most economical on the Australian
market.
Application:
Designed to be installed into delivery vans, vehicle and static tool boxes, trade
trailers, machinery covers and other applications where a low cost and compact
shutter is required.
Sizes
A single door is available to suit an opening up to 2.5 metres high by 2.5 metres wide.
Curtain
Made of galvanised steel roll-formed slats. Each slat has a smooth surface and is
0.55mm thick. Both ends of every second slat are fitted with a solid nylon clip that
secures the slat laterally and takes up wear.

These are designed to provide security for small openings with hand operation. It is ideal for counter, kitchen,
truck or tool cabinets.

Curtain:
The curtain shall be constructed using specially extruded interlocking aluminium slats
of 25mm depth and 1.4mm thickness. Nylon end clips shall be fitted to each alternate
slat. Tapered bottom rails can be manufactured upon request to suit the opening
(limitations may apply).
Finish:
All aluminium sections can be mill finish or natural anodised as standard. Various anodising and powder coat colours are also
available when specified.
Bottom Rail:
The bottom rail shall be a specially extruded aluminium section measuring 45mm high x 30mm complete with a continuous
extruded rubber seal.
Locking:
Locking shall entail a centrally mounted, concealed key operated ?cam? lock mechanism. It shall be keyed on the outside fitted
onto the bottom rail of the Roller Shutter.
Shoot bolt System:
Shoot bolt system mechanism is also available as an option, which is not concealed as standard locks.
Operation:
Designed for hand operation as standard. Chain operation and motorisation are available as options, depending on application
(limitations may apply).
